a refund within 15 days of the purchase date. A full refund will be issued
less a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping costs, unless the product
is defective or an incorrect product was shipped to you. You
are responsible for the shipping costs for returning an item. Returned
items must be unused and in the original box with all packaging included.
Incomplete and opened returned items are not eligible for a refund.
